The competition committee of the Ministry of Education and Science has selected 20 universities that will be able to create newly created studies to develop the entrepreneurial potential of students within the framework of the federal project “University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform”.
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced the approval of the rules for granting grants for its creation. In the next three years, 4.5 million rubles are allocated in the federal budget for these purposes. This year, funding will amount to 1.5 billion rubles.
The winning universities are located in the regions of Astrakhan, Kaliningrad, Irkutsk, Tomsk, Orenburg, Tyumen, Sverdlovsk and Rostov, Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol, the Chechen Republic, as well as the republics of Tatarstan, Mordovia and Bashkortostan. Primorsky and Krasnoyarsk Territories. They presented start-up study projects in areas such as robotics, agriculture, medicine and
healthcare, information, digital and plasma technologies, food, oil and gas, chemical industry, additive technologies, etc.
The project for the creation of newly created studies is being executed by the Ministry of Education and Science together with the Fund for Infrastructures and Educational Programs.
